Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Leafrix (leafrix.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Leafrix generates source-backed market research reports about US real estate markets, including an explainable 0–100 score. Everything Leafrix produces is informational market research only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice; we make no recommendations to buy, sell, or hold anything, and no price predictions. Using Leafrix creates no fiduciary or advisory relationship. Verify any information independently and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Accounts

Sign-in uses passwordless email magic links, so your account is only as secure as your email inbox. Provide an accurate email address you control, keep it secure, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans & billing

  • The Free plan includes up to 10 researches per month; market tracking with score-change alerts is a Pro feature. Pro is $29.90/month or $299/year and includes up to 30 researches per month.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel via the Stripe billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Research quotas are enforced per plan. Deleting a research report does not restore quota.
  • Refunds are at our discretion — if something went wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-extract the service, reverse engineer it, bypass quotas or security controls (including bot protection), share accounts to evade limits, resell access, or use Leafrix in any way that abuses or disrupts the service or other users.

6. Intellectual property

Reports we generate for you are for your own use. The Leafrix software, branding, and scoring methodology remain ours. Underlying public data (e.g. Census, BLS, FRED) belongs to its respective sources and is subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Reports are built from public data sources and AI analysis, both of which can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any report for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leafrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using Leafrix at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; where reasonable, we'll notify you first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
